I’ve been tackling adversity this week readers! A number of things have happened that have kind of put a dampener on plans for the future.
I have been chain-watching a certain programme on YouTube recently (we don’t watch terrestrial TV any more!!) – it is called Tiny House Nation and the premise is basically people building tiny houses!
I have spent a week talking and contemplating with Mr Retreatist about what our goals for the near and longer term future should be and I think we can follow-up with some conclusions on how our debt free journey will continue.
I am so happy to be debtfree and proud of the work we have done over the past few years to clear close to £30,000 of unsecured debt. But now we’re debt free I have to confess to being a bit lost.
So – you might have noticed in my last post that I have been happy dancing now my debts have reached the zero mark! The question is now – what should our focus be? How can we make use of all the skills we gained while debt busting?
I am debt free! As of today – for the first time since I started university in September 2004 – I have no debt! I owe nothing to nobody! I am my own person! And I am riding the wave of self-satisfaction!!! Join me doing the happy debt free dance!
