I have stopped buying food! I have been slipping lately in terms of my food shop – watching too much end up in the rubbish bag after bad meal planning.
I’m back with a new mealplan and this one is a little bit different but the same as we are now following a consciously healthy diet so there is much more focus on balanced diet and variety than there once might have been – while still trying to stay as frugal as possible!
Well, last week’s mealplan went a bit haywire what with the very sad decision to put our baby dog to sleep. But I’m back psyched and ready to go for this week. Take a look at my mealplan and do let me know your thoughts.
